I will not share/sell your personal information. I do save information such as names & email address so that we can keep you informed about sales & specials. If you do not want to be part of our sales newsletter that comes out a few times a year, merely opt-out after receiving one & you will be removed immediately.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Mon-Sat. We guarantee next business day shipping, although most orders ship the same day. Your order will be shipped priority mail, tracking number included.

Returns/Refunds

Contact ENAAJ79@gmail.com with the item you wish to return and why. After we receive your return in good condition, a refund will be issued minus shipping cost. Tracking is suggested for all returns. If Earth’s Natural Art and Jewelry does not receive the returned item or it is damaged, a refund will not be granted. We must receive the returned item within seven days of the original delivery date.
