Welcome Message: Hello, I'm so pleased to introduce you to Elements of Buffalo, NY.

I chose the name Elements for my jewelry designs, because  I use all of the elements to create these special pieces. Fire,air, water, and most important of all natures bounty and beauty earth.

 My goal is to enhance the beauty of semi-precious gems by surrounding them wih complimentary metals to create a unique design.

Payments: Pay Pal or Money orders are preffered payment. If a check is offered as payment the order will be held until check has cleared.

Shipping & Order Processing: Order processing will be done within 24 hours upon availability of the product. If the item ordered is not available I will notify you by e-mail. I will notify you by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges: Return item with the receipt and you will be refunded the entire amount of item and return shipping costs within 30 days of return. 

Additional Information: I only have control over the quality of the stones I receive from my suppliers. I don't have control over the colors and designs in the stones that I receive. This means the stones you receive may not have the same designs as pictured. I guarantee I will send you the best match possible to the item requested.

All of the jewelry I create is handmade. If the item you order is not available, feel free to special order the piece. I will let you know when the item will be available to be shipped.

All jewelry can be special ordered in Sterling Silver. The price of the item will be re-calculated by the market value of Sterling Silver and the amount of silver used to complete the piece.  The additional cost of the item will be sent to you by  e-mail. At this point you have the option to order or cancel it.
