My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Thank you for stopping by. I love making jewelry using inspiring ideas from crafting sites and suppliers. Some of the items sold here are from "kits" but I make the jewelry. Some of the items sold here are ideas of my own that have been worked out over trial and error. Everything made is by hand, not passed on retail jewelry.
Payments: I prefer Money Order. Will accept a personal check if contacted first.
Shipping & Order Processing: Orders are held until your check (if approved) is sent. Money orders are deposited same day and will ship as soon as possible. Shipping is USPS only and orders usually take two weeks to complete. This time is for ordering supplies and completing projects.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not happy with your finished item, you may return it for a refund, minus shipping.
Additional Information: Items made from kits will be described as such in the product description.
