Shipping & Order Processing:  
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing orders and you will be notified by email or text when gifts are shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges:
You have 7 days to return any unused item(s) for a full refund. We will exchange or refund any product that arrives to you damaged. Once we receive damaged goods a new product or refund will be issued promptly.
Absolutely No returns on used product...

With all candles never leave them burning unattended.  Before burning candles trim wick and remove any loose botanical items.  Example: coffee beans, coconut chips, flowers, oatmeal ect..
