Payments: We accept credit cards, paypal, or checks. For payment by check, funds must clear the bank prior to shipment, which can delay shipment by however many days it takes the bank to process the payment.
Shipping & Order Processing: For inventory items, the orders are processed within one business day. They are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever gives the best rate). The customer will be assessed the actual cost of packing and shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges: Any custom ordered items are not returnable due to the unique nature of the product. However, during the design and build process, customers are highly involved in all decisions and progress photos are sent as the project takes shape. This gives the customer ample opportunity to have their input at every step of the process and ask for modifications to the design as necessary.
For inventory items, we will grant a full refund (less shipping charges) so long as the product is returned to our shop without any damage within ten (10) days of purchase.
