Welcome Message:
You are welcome to contact me with your questions about my artwork or myself as well. I assure you my work is unique and well made with quality framing. Shipping cost is included but just to continental USA addresses. My policy is to work with you to ensure you have a pleasant experience when ordering from Janet Herman.
Payments:
I accept PayPal and PayPal acceptable credit or debit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping is normally by UPS as that is the only service that will insure artwork. I include shipping in my pricing, however, I cannot ship outside of continental USA for the price as shown. If you wish to purchase an item and live outside the continental United States, I will research the cost of shipping, over and above continental shipping, and quote that to you.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are acceptable. You must return in same packaging and pay for return shipping. A credit will be refunded to your card, less my shipping expense, however a separate credit will be issued to cover both shipping costs towards another purchase of original art, sketches or paper & ink reproductions.
Additional Information:
Thank you for your interest in owning my textile artwork: either an original or paper & ink reproduction. I am active at fine art shows in Florida during Fall-Spring months where much of this work is displayed. Availability of original artwork can change any day. Please confirm availability before ordering.
