Thank you for visiting Jess's Jewelry Box. We pride ourselves in working with our customers to achieve the upmost quality they deserve. We primarily use resin with all our jewelry making or display. Please send us a message about any product you would like to purchase, everything is handmade and customized for you.

Payments:

Payment is due before service can begin.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Once your invoice is paid in full, your order will be worked on. Orders take 3 to 5 days to fill, depending on the complexity, then shipped out the same day or next day with tracking numbers included.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All sales are final. Exchanges can be the same item or of another of the same price.
