I LOVE the jewelry I create and I hope you'll LOVE it too!! Creating jewelry is not just a business to me, it's a personal creative outlet. Careful thought and love go into each piece! 

Payments: Payments may be made through PayPal or major credit card (After adding your selection to your shopping cart, just click your cards icon next to the green "Pay with PayPal" button.). Be assured that your payment details are not kept on file with Jewels by Trish and your e-mail, address, or any other personal information will never be shared with a third party.
All fees must be paid in full BEFORE your order will be shipped. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your payment. If payment is not received in 3 days for PayPal or 5 days for Money Orders, I reserve the right to re-list the item(s). If you have special circumstances arise, please let me know ASAP so we can possibly arrange to have your item(s) held for you.

Shipping & Order Processing: Your special jewelry is wrapped with gorgeous paper and packaged in a pretty box. I go all out on making sure your order is not only packaged safely, but extra fabulous in every way! My packaging is perfect for gift-giving and I'm happy to include a personal message from you if it's a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, holiday). Your gift recipient will feel special when they open up a Jewels by Trish package!
Orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Orders will ship in 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay, I will notify you immediately. Depending on the size of your order, items will be shipped in a padded envelope or box. Please see individual listings for specific shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased, then the shipping costs will be combined. Need it faster? You can upgrade your entire domestic order to Priority Mail for an additional $3.00 -- simply add "Priority Upgrade" in the "notes to seller" box of your order and I will invoice you for the additional postage.


INSURANCE

I take pride in my creations, therefore all orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in mint condition. However, I am NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged by the Post Office. I highly RECOMMEND that you purchase insurance on your order to protect you, the buyer, from any losses due to Postal errors.

Refunds and Exchanges: Jewels by Trish works very hard to provide customers the best quality jewelry available. All merchandise is guaranteed against flaws in workmanship under NORMAL wear and tear. I will not repair, replace, or exchange items that have been damaged due to abuse or unreasonable use.

Refunds, exchanges, or returns are handled on a case by case basis and must be approved. Shipping and insurance are NOT refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance will be required. Please contact me within 5 days if you have any questions or concerns.

Additional Information: CUSTOM ORDERS

Jewels by Trish welcomes your custom orders!! Please email me the description of your item, specific gems you'd like, etc. I will send you an ESTIMATE based on your request. A 50% deposit of the total estimated cost will be required upon your consent to order the custom designed piece. The final price may vary depending upon the current market price of supplies and time invested.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the creation of your custom order. If there will be any delays, I will notify you immediately. During the holidays and Mother's Day, please allow up to 10 business days for custom orders.
