My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:  Welcome to Kozi's Kustom Kreations!  The coasters shown have been hand painted and are "one of a kind."  There is only one set of each.  The decorated soaps have been hand decorated and each one has a different scent ranging from orange blooms, patchouli rose, musk, and many more.  Special orders can be requested for both coasters and soaps.   Enjoy your shopping experience!

Payments:  Payments accepts via Paypal or money order.  

Shipping & Order Processing:  Shipping will be done via UPS  or USPS and orders will be shipped the day following the payment for purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges:  No refunds on purchases unless items received are broken during shipping.
