Welcome Message: I try in every way to make my pieces to withstand gentle handling and wear or use for many years. I want you to love them as much as I loved making them.
Payments: Paypal, Certified funds, Cash
Shipping & Order Processing: Items in stock would be shipped within 2 days using the least expensive but safest method. Each item has the shipping charge noted and should be added to the cost. All shipments will have a tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges with a few exceptions. All packages will have a tracking number. Items damaged due to improper packing would be replaced. Items damaged by the USPS will need to have a claim filed by the buyer at the local USPS office. If the item ordered is not the item received, an exchange can be requested.
