Our Shop Policies

Easy Payment Plan 

Payments: Payments must be received within seven to ten days from purchase if not immediately.

Shipping & Order Processing: Order will be processed and shipped to buyer once payment is made and confirmed in the company's bank account.

Refunds and Exchanges: In the event an exchange of item is requested and we are not able to provide the item we will issue the buyer a credit note for the value of the purchased item, against a similar item. Returned items must maintain good condition as at the time of purchase.

Additional Information: All returns must be within 30 days after the transaction and item must be in good condition as when purchased.
