My Shop Policies

Welcome Message

Payments: Our shop policy for payment of items are as follows: we take cash, credit, debit, and also pay pal.  All payments are due at time of purchase.  If you are placing an order for a personalized item or a larger quantity of an item you see in our store, we ask that you put down at least half of the total price and payment in full when the items are ready to be shipped.

Shipping & Order Processing:

When ordering an item from our store you simply place your order to our email madkrafterz@gmail.com. Be sure to give us all of your contact information: Name, address, email, phone number, method of payment and a full description of the item or items you'd like to order. Include all that applies: color, type of glass, size for baby onesies. (we can also custom print most any tee shirt with a logo or saying)  Same customizing can be done with most of our products.  Tell us what you want and we will let you know if we can create it.
As for shipping, we have a scale and will go by regular mail (unless specified by you) pricing based upon the weight of the items.  Other hand deliveries can be arranged and priced accordingly. 

Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds and/or exchanges.  If you have a problem with a product you purchased from us, we will go to great measures to make you happy, just email us and explain your situation to us.  We will see what we can do to make it right.

Additional Information: We don't put a guarantee on our items but we can guarantee you satisfaction.  We use only the finest materials and the true intent to bring, you or someone your buying for our best work. We can guarantee that your item was made with tender loving care and all the hours it takes making things by hand. Nothing is ever rushed and we promise to create each piece as if we were making it for ourselves.  Happy Shopping!!!!
