This awesome piece features a small, three demential, anatomically correct silver heart (nickel free). Measures about 15x20mm and hung on a sturdy 20" surgical steel chain (nickel free). Sterling silver chain upgrade available in upgrades section of my shop. Also available on hemp or leather thong upon request. If you would like a different length chain, just send me a message!
