My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:Welcome to Medicine Horse Art Studio! We offer highly collectable watercolor and mixed-media paintings, specialty artisian glass jewelry, products for the wine industry, and offer art classes in various mediums. We are home-based in lovely Hollywood Hill in Woodinville, Washington. Please contact us with any special items as we also do commission work.

Payments: We accept credit cards and paypal. Payment must be received at the time of order unless otherwise approved directly through MHAS., then net 30 days, with prior approved credit.

Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping through the US Postal service or UPS. Orders will be processed within 5 days of receipt of order. For orders over $100.00, insurance will be added. All orders will be shipped with tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges will gladly be given within 14 days, with receipt, if not satisfied with any product, for any reason. However, no refunds will be given for paintings that were damaged after receipt as we cannot be responsible for what happens after it arrives and your cat eats the edge of the painting! Contact Medicine Horse Art Studio with any questions. Additional Information: Our work has been collected throughout the United States and we specialize in Commission art.  Have a special place you would like painted? We Can Do It for you! Resonable rates and we always provide a small mock up of the painting prior to the final product for your approval.
