Payments:  For custom items, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the item cost must be made for work to begin. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. No personal checks will be accepted. Money Orders must be received in order for work to begin.

Shipping & Order Processing:  Shipping costs for items will be made on a piece by piece basis as weight will vary according to the item.


Refunds and Exchanges: All custom items are non-refundable. There is a 30 day time period for returns. Non custom items that are not postmarked within the 30 day time frame are non-refundable. 

Additional Information: Our products are handmade, however, we also sell manufactured items as in candleholder, incense holders and items that are not available in local stores.
