Welcome Message:
Welcome! Most items are made with glass or crystal beads and therefore are fragile. If an item arrives broken, take a picture right away and request a refund or replacement with 72 hours of receiving the order. Replacements will need to be handmade again, so allow 4 weeks as I may need to order replacement beads. Orders are shipped within 2 business days, unless a special order.

Shipping & Order Processing:
All items will be shipped first class, priority and/or UPS.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different item can be made, but the cost may be different. Refunds will be given only if the item is received damaged. Refund and exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the package. If an item is received damaged, take a picture (preferably before removing item from packaging) and send with the refund/exchange request. Since these items are one of a kind, if you want a replacement for a broken item, it may take up to 3 weeks to issue the replacement as I will need to order the beads and then make the item.
