I mostly use USPS and have found them very realiable. I will ship within 1-2 days and will expedite shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I have a thirty day return policy for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I would also exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I want all of my customers to be happy, excited with the purchase from my shop.
Additional Information:
I've named my shop Expressions by Lisa because items made have no initial determination. I start a project and it results in a product. Sometimes they can cross many borders of style. I enjoy creating almost anything, but especially jewelry. It is a great way to express yourself.
