I strive to craft quality handmade items as well as provide a thorough description and precise photos of each item. While every effort has been made to provide accurate pictures of each item, please note that due to differences in computer monitors and settings, the actual colors of an item may appear slightly different from what you saw on your screen.

Customer satisfaction is my highest priority; if there is a problem with your order, please message or email immediately so we can try to resolve the issue. If I made an error, I will correct it free of charge or refund your money.

 Saan Sen will happily accept most merchandise in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund that will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that banks can take 1-2 billing periods before refunds appear on your statement.

 Due to the fragility of certain products and papers, some items may not be returned or exchanged; this is noted for such items under “Shipping & Policies” on the item’s page. Also, due to the nature of digital files, no refunds or exchanges will be given once the final files have been released. This is noted for such items under “Shipping & Policies” on the item’s page.

All sale merchandise as well as customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
