Shipping & Order Processing:
Most orders ship 7-10 days from the time of payment. I ship through USPS and will provide a tracking number for you. Shipping ranges from $11-46 on most items.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I will work with you to create a mutually beneficial outcome. Most items are custom and made to order. Due to custom ordering, they cannot be resold to other customers, therefore they are non-returnable, non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
