We resolve issues as professionly and quickly as possible .
Any damaged artwork thru shipping will be replaced upon proof.
This applies to prints only.
Original expensive works should be insured by the buyer.
Buyer shall track delivery expectant times etc.
No framed works shall be sent unless requested and worked out.
Mailing tubes or *wood shipping crates will be sent to address provided .
Custom crates* or frames are an additional expense .
