My Shop Policies

Welcome Message: Our items are all handmade. there may be variations in color due to dyelot differences. Customer will be contacted prior to shipping if available stock differs significantly from items pictured.

Payments: Payments must be made within 48 hours of the order. Items paid with a personal check will not be shipped until payment clears the bank.

Shipping & Order Processing:  In Stock items will be shipped within 1 week of payment received. Items that need to be crafted will be shipped within 3-4 weeks. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipping. 

Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are accepted less a re-stocking fee. Please contact seller to process. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
