My Shop Policies

Welcome Message:

Welcome to Life's Hidden Treasures!  Browse around and get acclimated with my offerings.  Also, custom orders are accepted and appreciated!  

Payments:

I primarily accept Paypal; however, if needed, money orders are acceptable.  Money Order must be received prior to item being shipped.  Money orders should be made payable to Tammy Jones.

Shipping & Order Processing:

Shipping will primarily be via USPS; however, if you prefer a different shipper please let me know.

Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  I endeavor to ship all items within three business days.  Due to the nature of materials I use, there may be items that require over and beyond three days to process.  You will be advised of this in the event it effects your order.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds and/or exchanges are typically not offered.  However, in the unlikely even you receive an item and it is substantially different than the item you ordered the transaction will be made right.

Additional Information:

Customers are my number one priority.  Word of mouth is my livelihood.  If you love my products tell everyone but if for any reason you are unhappy with my products - tell me.
