Shipping & Order Processing:

Everything from this shop is packaged with love and will be sent from USPS with arrival confirmation. Each item is packed with our signature black box and tissue. If your package arrives with damage, a replacement item will be sent out to you.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If a product is damaged, I will issue a refund or send out new merchandise upon receipt of the returned materials within 10 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied or have any comment you would like to make about my products (i.e. suggestions, additional products you would like to see) please feel free to contact me.
