Welcome Message: Thank You for entering my Shop. Wishing you a wonderful shopping experience. All items are handcrafted unless otherwise specified. I take much pride and enjoyment in the products that I create. I am always open for suggestions

Payments:All payments must be secured through Paypal before products are shipped. Money orders or cashiers checks if not using Paypal

Shipping & Order Processing: All orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Any deplays will be communicated to the buyer via email or phone call.

Refunds and Exchanges: since all items are handcrafted, no refunds can be offered. Items not what is expected will be exchanged unless the item can be recreated. There is always a resolution available to correct any errors or problems.
