Welcome to "Wine A Bit". We specialize in personalized hand-painted wine
glasses. These lovely glasses make excellent gifts for others or to treat
yourself. You can send someone a set of "Happy Birthday" glasses or
"Congratulations" glasses for example, or pick a glass that matches their
decor or a favorite collection.  Personalize your glasses with names and a
special date for wonderful keepsakes. These gorgeous conversation
pieces will beautify any table and make your friends envious. Quite
simply, these delightfully distinctive glasses can make drinking wine
more fun and festive or enhance your relaxation!!   

All orders must be placed in person over the phone. We do not accept orders
placed on this website. All orders will be confirmed in writing via e-mail before the
glasses are painted. We will keep pictures of your glasses on file so if you need to
order more in the future they will look the same as the originals. We highly recommend
that you hand wash your works of art to preserve the integrity of the detailing.

All our glasses are hand-painted to order, so each glass is one of a kind. If a set of
glasses is ordered they will be painted as similarly as possible, but there may be very
slight differences in the glasses. This is the nature of original artwork and by ordering
from "Wine A Bit" you accept these slight differences as part of the uniqueness of
your hand-painted glasses.

All of the bead work on the stems is also done to order and may not be exactly as
represented in the website photos. All bead work will be color and/or theme
coordinated with the glass. When ordering sets of glasses you may request the stem
and bead work to be different on each glass so you don't have to use glass charms to
differentiate whose glass is whose.

Personalization is included in the original pricing. All orders and personalization will be
confirmed by e-mail to ensure proper spelling of names etc... if there is a mistake on
the personalization on our end, you will receive a replacement glass at no charge, but
we are not responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors on your end. We
only paint what you put in writing.

  All custom designed glasses will have a sample painted and pictures sent by e-mail to
the buyer for approval before the final glasses are painted. You will be sent several
pictures of different views of your glass. Please look over your sample pictures
thoroughly and carefully and communicate any changes to be made. If there are
changes to be made you will then be sent more pictures for approval. Once you give
your final approval in writing by e-mail and it is confirmed, your glasses will be
finalized. Once this is done, the design cannot be changed and we are no longer
responsible for any changes you did not communicate to us. Custom designs will incur a
small additional fee. Most modifications to existing glass designs will be done at no
additional charge.

  "Wine A Bit" does offer a one time discounted replacement rate if anything happens
to your glass in the first year of ownership. The replacement rate is $10.00 USD plus
shipping and handling per replacement glass. This policy is valid for each glass
purchased. It only applies to your original glass, not replacement glasses you have
previously received. It is only valid for one year from your purchase date. The
discounted replacement rate applies no matter what happened to your glass (even if the
cat knocked it off the counter and broke it). We will need visual proof of the breakage
or damage via pictures sent by regular mail or e-mail. If you cannot prove the damage,
we cannot replace it at the discounted rate. We can, however, replace it for the full
purchase price. We keep picture files of all glasses ordered so that your replacement,
or additional glasses ordered, will look just like the original.
