My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Welcome to my wood-smoking shop, where your table-design dreams come true. If you can imagine it, I can make it.
Like Santa's workshop, however, the Woodsmoke shop is neither accessible nor discoverable by mortals.
Payments:
We collect one half the cost of the cost of a table upon acceptance of the commission, and the balance of the cost upon completion of the project. The cost of each project is given in writing to the client before work begins and the first payment is made. We accept cash, credit and debit cards and money orders.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Due to the size and heft of the product, it is available for pickup and local delivery only. Local delivery, however, encompasses the entire Phoenix metro area and outlying towns and communities.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds may be made and the amount of refund will be based upon a number of factors, including cumulative labor and material costs at the time of cancellation, reason for cancellation, etc. With Bernie, all aspects of his agreements with clients are friendly and negotiable.
