The California Welcome Center in Yucca Valley is now accepting applications for the 8th annual Statewide Art Contest! Categories in the competition are Paintings, Photography, Mixed Media, and People's Choice. One winner will be chosen in each of our 4 categories to showcase and sell their artwork in the Yucca Valley California Welcome Center for 12 months (October dates coincide with Art Tours). Winners will have their art seen by tens of thousands of visitors coming to Yucca Valley. Contest is for Wall-hung art only with the theme being “California”. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a California Resident.
