The first event, "The Special Events Showcase & FunFest Expo" is scheduled for June 29th & 30th 2012 with Friday June 29th being a Special Preview Invite showing to Chambers, Visitors Bureaus, Fair & Festival Networks, Corporate Market decision makers, etc. This premier event will be open to everyone and is designed to launch the series of all festivals and events happening at Rio Ramaza Event Park. In addition, it is a Showcase of Entertainment, Music, Food and Beverage Catering, Show Producers/Planners, Event Services and Products needed for the Special Event, Fairs/Fests, Corporate, Community, Private Party, Fund-raiser markets. Showmasters Marketing will include Radio, Television, Internet, News Papers, Direct Mail, Flyers/Poster distribution and P.S.A.'s We invite all businesses that cater to these markets to participate as a vendor &/or sponsor. The fee is only $275.00 per each 10' x 10' Booth space for the two day show and for only a limited time. Additional discounts are available for Multi-Show registration at this time. Our goal is to help continue to make Rio Ramaza a fun and successful place to go for all shows and events. We are now accepting applications for vendor space and/or sponsorship.
