West Chicago's annual Blooming Fest is a downtown garden festival that combines the West Chicago Garden Club's popular plant sale with the car show, a craft show, children's activities, music, food and fun. The one‑day event is open to the public between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. with vendor check‑in beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021. This event takes place entirely outdoors.
