Monrovia Arts Festival is a well attended and received event in the community bringing in Fine Artists and Chalk Artists from around Southern California. This is a juried Fine Art and Chalk Art event, limited unusual and high quality fine crafts are permitted. Folk Crafts and simple crafts are not permitted.
