Hand-dipped artisan chocolate truffles and caramels.
Truffles are created with unique ganache centers using seasonal flavors such as mulled wine, apple whisky, pecan bourbon, etc. The truffles are hand-dipped in dark or milk chocolate and decorated. I also create my own caramels dipped in dark or milk chocolate and topped with sea salt. These are packaged in elegant boxes and make lovely gifts.
