A Bite of Alright has been cooking for decades. Born and raised in the farmland of the Central Valley, I developed a love of cooking and quality ingredients. With the dream of a food business simmering in my mind since college, it took a brain tumor for me to realize that if not now.... when?
The idea of Lollywaffles came about a few years ago when I was a Culinary Arts teacher and searching for fair foods for my students to make in cooking lab. When I saw Lollywaffles during that search, it was love at first sight. After ordering my Lollywaffle machine, it was true love - love at first bite.
