As member of the American Taekwondo Association, we offer traditional taekwondo
training and instruction for ages 3 through adults. Offer an extensive leadership/instructor
training program. Tournament competition, basic weapons training, self-defense, bullying
prevention, nutrition counseling, weight management, in-school events, community events,
family events and more. Our school has been serving the people of south Jefferson County
