Authentic Middle Eastern cuisine serving the Princeton/Montgomery area for over 27 years. Selling a variety of dishes from kabobs and shawarma to vegetarian dishes and platters including falafel, hummus and Babaghanouj. With three years experience in a local festival bringing out more then 5,000 people, by the end of each festival we had sold over 600 sandwiches in the 5 hour time frame. Every year we strive to improve and spread awareness to our business and the community that holds the festival.
