16 ft self sufficient food trailer with super quiet generator and an awesome graffiti tie dye paint job. We keep a simple menu to focus on quality, speed, and cleanliness. We hand cut our own ribeye steaks and marinate them in delicious seasoning for no less then 24 hours. We serve our steak whole on a bun as a sandwhich, steak and eggs, or we have some fried steak skewers as well. We cut fresh potatos for ribbon fries either seasoned with a special fry seasoning and sauce or we have a sweet potato version that is like a dessert. We also offer a BBQ pork steak sandwhich, chicken tenders, and a cross between baked beans and chili, and a version of breakfast nachos which is our ribbon fries topped with cheese, gravy, eggs and sausage!
