Battle of the Buffalo is an annual wing festival held in honor of an Alpha Tau Omega brother who lost his life in a battle with cancer. Our goal, as ATO Battle of the Buffalo is to raise awareness and funds for the Russel Hill Cancer Foundation and Hudson Alpha who both commit tremendous time and effort towards the fight against cancer.
