Anita's Heavenly Harvest, Parker, CO

My story:  As a young child I spent every summer with my Grandparetns in rural Arkansas.  Granny used to grow a huge garden, as this was their food source for winter months.  I learned from an early age how to home can, and to always thank God for the harvest.  

I've been home canning my salsa for 20 years, and friends and family have begged me to take it commercial, so that others could enjoy it.  I took my recipes commercial in 2011.  You can visit my website at www.anitasheavenlyharvest.com.  I still give God and my Granny all the credit for my gift!
