Annie Clyde's Gourmet Specialties, Inc., Jacksonville, FL

Annie Clyde's Gourmet Specialties, Inc. dba Annie Clyde's Homemade Cakes was started Jan. 10, 2004.  Started in my home kitchen and quickly moved to a small commercial kitchen July 2004, after being awarded a contract with the NFL SuperBowl Tailgate committee we moved to a larger facility in Dec. 2004.  Started out selling at beauty salons and local farmer markets. 

I learn my baking skills from my mother and later attended several baking courses and cake decorating classes. 

Now we have grown a little and a reqular food vendors around the southeast portion of the country.  Arts and craft shows, outdoor festivals and also have some products in local cafe's and restaurants
