I retired from one of the big 3 in 2013 and took some time to enjoy it. Then one day while visiting a relatives in Chicago I stopped and got an Italian Beef sandwich and thought how much I wished we had this in Michigan. From there I decided to put together a food truck to bring a taste of the Midwest to Michigan. I also offer Chicago Style Hotdogs, Chicken wings and Italian Sausage.
