Hailing from the west coast, Aprylle has made a name for herself as an Americana/folk artist performing for countless SF Bay audiences large and small and doing it on her own terms. Among her supporters, Aprylle counts Greg Kihn (the Breakup Song, Jeopardy) who called her a “ball of fire” when she opened for him in Santa Cruz, Ca. and her long time friend Gary Pihl of the legendary classic rock band, Boston, who famously dropped by the studio during the recording of Aprylle's 2nd release, Exactly Like Me, lending his signature sound to her track, With a Love Song. All of her albums are treated to the creative genius of classic rock legend himself, producer Robert Berry (Ambrosia, Greg Kihn band, Sammy Hagar band, Emerson Berry & Palmer). With friends in high places, Aprylle nevertheless remains humble and true to herself, preferring intimate acoustic venues to large crowds. Armed with nothing but an acoustic guitar, and her voice, which has been likened to Michelle Branch and Sheryl Crow, Aprylle faces the world solo and all original, which is exactly how she performed her hallmark concert at the House of Blues on Sunset Strip in Hollywood California.
