Art In The Bend a free community event put on by the Historic Richmond Association. We celebrate Texas history because we are Texas history. HRA is a 501c3. Art In The Bend celebrates the arts on so many levels with artists, performers, musicians, food vendors, car enthusiast and even a dog show for our favorite four-legged friends.
