Elizabeth (Liz) Pritchett was born in Los Angeles and has lived in Southern California most of her life. Since she was a young she loved the arts and began her first oil painting at the age of ten. As a teenager she traveled to Europe and was inspired by the paintings and sculptures in the Louvre in Paris and the Prado museum in Spain. Liz worked many years in the banking industry but continued to pursue her love of painting. Liz began taking art classes at Fullerton College where she received an A.A. in art. She continued her classes at California State University Fullerton
