Asian Festival is a non profit 501 c (3) organization.
Founder/President, Dr. Steve Kaplan was the Asian Festival Chair in 2018 and 2022. It was a tremendous success. The festival had received strong support from the state, cities, corporations, local businesses and communities. There were more than 20,000 attendees.
Winnie Kho Kaplan is the Honorary Consul of Malaysia and Asian District Steering Committee. She is very passionate about promoting Asian Culture, Commerce, Community both locally and internationally.

February 5th, 2022, we were proud and honored in hosting the Asian Festival with a great success and draw nearly 20,000 attendees in a one day event. The City of Mesa, Valley Metro and Asian District partnered with us to unveil the Asian District signage. Thank you to all our sponsors, vendors, representatives and volunteers for their support and dedication to the event to fulfill our mission.
