We are a simple and straight forward BBQ food concession trailer. We offer no frills, so that there is room for only delicious, well made BBQ. The menu includes a choice of platters or sandwiches of brisket, pulled pork and chicken. Sides include baked beans, mac and cheese, Cole slaw and biscuits.
