Focus: Supply specialty home baked goods (extra large classic cookies, seasonal cookies, other items) to food trucks, breweries and small businesses such as boutiques. I also set up my own canopy space at festivals.
About me: My name is Kelly McFadden. My new business, Bake! LKN (which stands for Lake Norman), is licensed and insured. All of the home baked goods are made in a commissary kitchen and each baked item is hand made by me, the owner.. The packaging I use is biodegradable, has my logo and ingredient label on each side. Each item is heat sealed which preserves them for up to 6 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer. Baking has been my passion since I was four years old. I look forward to sharing my baked items with you and your customers.
