We create unique, tasty meads (honey wine) by fermenting honey and adding just the right amounts of fruit and spices to make a beverage that is sure to stimulate your palate. We are located North of Payson just below the Mongollan Rim. We will be opening a tasting patio in the spring of 2022, and currently have mead for sale at the 1227 Taproom in Phoenix.
