I started this endevor when I realized there usually is little to no Irish food at Irish and Celtic festivals. I have created a menu of Irish Comfort food that also sells well at non-Irish festivals. The menu consists of entreés based on Irish ingredients and cooking techniques. There are also authentic Irish accompaniments.
