My Name is Sandra Chmelovski. I created Blooming Plates in April Of 2009. I have been crafting with paper for twenty years. I craft every plate with a smile. I love that their are 100's of designs that can be formed by combinations of colors and forms. I never know myself until the glue dries just how the colors will come together. I try to make my designs able to fit in with any deccor.
