“Hey Guys, looks and sounds great! I just watched your video submission to our AGT website and think your group is great! If you have the time I strongly suggest you making a tailored video for us. The judges rarely put acts through based on original material, but I would like to present your original to my executives."
— Meg McAlduff, Associate-America's Got Talent
“I've been listening to your song (Wounded Man), and I have some ideas for it. ”
— Gift of Gab, Blackalicious
“J....looks real good. I am also presently enjoying your tunes on my iPod. Keep it up ..because up is where you are going,...Corky ---Wounded Man...Real good...love the brass & sax (very cool). I like the dry sonics. Nice n organic... Like the Otis Redding approach...maybe that's why I hear a tender approach to chorus..but yeah...very cool.”
— Corky Laing, 70's super group, Mountain

“At first listen, ...BlueShift, holds similar styles to retro Red Hot Chili Peppers, Primus, and Cake... the band has taken everything we loved about 90's alternative and 70's funk, and have created a tasty mash-up for a musical treat... while the band has been in high demand among the local venues, it's their music that caught 707's eye and made them a Band We Love.”
— Crissi Langwell, The Press Democrat
BlueShift also consistently gets 5 star fan reviews:
"Awesome!!!"
"I try not to miss a show when I'm in town, but it's hard to keep up with these guys!"
"I've been a fan for a long time, and they just keep getting better. The songwriting is tighter than ever before, and so are the slick guitar hooks."

“("Yesmen" is) funky and well arranged, catchy. Clever and well sung. Reminded me of Sublime. The maracas gave it extra push. You want a song like this to grab people as it grabbed me, but also to grab their mama, papa and their baby daddy. Great job.”
— Alvarez71 from New York, GarageBand
