Boxer Barbeque Company is a mobile barbeque catering business operating in the state of Iowa. We use a custom made BBQ pit and our own combination of custom Rubs and Sauces. We smoke with a combination of Hickory, Apple, Peach, Pecan and our secret wood for a taste that defines our Midwestern BBQ as a unique flavor not found anywhere else!
